Rates, and how we quote
Freight is priced against the job, not a published table. Tell us the lane, the format and the timeline, and you get a rate against it.
Ad hoc and urgent
Hotshot, direct drive and one-off freight
How it works
- Dedicated vehicle and driver on your job alone
- Mobilised typically within a four-hour window
- Two-up crewing available where the timeline requires it
- After hours, weekends and public holidays
- Quoted on the call, no minimum order quantity
Scheduled runs
Regular cycles and fixed depot-to-depot lanes
How it works
- A rate card agreed per lane before the first run
- Tracked from booking and collection to proof of delivery
- Door-to-door, depot-to-door or depot-to-depot
- Return freight carried on the same lane
- A dedicated contact person within our team
Vehicle and driver hire
Capacity supplied to run under your direction
How it works
- A vehicle and qualified driver for a single job, a shift or ongoing
- Replacement capacity for leave, breakdown or seasonal peak
- Licence classes matched to the equipment (HR, HC, MC)
- Our fatigue management and compliance obligations carried by us
- Ongoing arrangements reviewed at agreed intervals

Questions we get before the first job
How is freight priced?
On the work rather than off a published table. For scheduled runs we agree a rate card per lane before the first job. For ad hoc and urgent work you get a price on the call. What drives the number is the distance, the vehicle required, the format of the freight and how quickly it has to be there.
How quickly can you have a truck moving?
A hotshot or direct drive is typically mobilised within a four-hour window, and urgent freight within two to three hours. On one job a vehicle, driver and freight were on the road within an hour of the customer's call. Scheduled and project work needs one day's notice.
Is there a minimum order?
No. The smallest consignment we handle is one kilogram and the largest is twenty tonnes. No minimum order quantity applies at either end.
Do you carry chilled or frozen freight?
No. Freezer and chiller freight is outside what we are equipped to carry or store, and our storage is dry freight only. Everything else within gauge is fine — cartons, skids, pallets, lengths, machinery, part loads and full truckloads.
Do you do courier work?
No. We do not run small parcels between addresses around the metropolitan area and have no infrastructure for it. Our work is performed in rigid trucks, prime movers and semi-trailer combinations, and our drivers hold HR, HC and MC licence classes accordingly.
Do you subcontract our freight to someone else?
Not as a business model — we are not a freight broker. There are two exceptions, both ordinary industry practice. Where a delivery falls outside our own operating network we may interline the final leg with a Tier 1 carrier while performing the collection and line haul ourselves. And where no serviceable vehicle or available driver exists, work may be subcontracted rather than declined.
Do you operate outside Western Australia?
No. All work is performed within WA, and interstate expansion has been deliberately excluded. Our growth is concentrated in regional Western Australia, where we already hold the network and the relationships.
What happens after hours?
We operate 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. Urgent and hotshot work is a substantial part of what we do outside business hours, particularly for mining and medical customers.
What we commit to
The operational parameters we hold ourselves to commercially. Each one depends on having a serviceable vehicle and a licensed driver available when you call.
